Love is in the air!

It seems like there are now couples among the houseguests. Jessie and Lydia were in the HOH room. Jeff and Jordan have been constantly together.

Meanwhile, Braden has not given up yet. He still hopes he gets to stay in the House. Russell and Jessie are being strategic with their main goal as to keep their group intact.

You’d think that Jeff and Jordan would be the first to get hooked up. The two are close but will they just be friends during their stay in the house? Jeff admits that he would kiss Jordan if given the chance.

In the HOH room, Lydia and Jessie cuddle up under a makeshift tent. Lydia stood then tossed a towel to Jessie. Then Jordan notices the scratches on Jessie’s back. Lydia said he must have laid down on something.

Why live feeds is a MUST

Russell, the lovemuscle and Natalie, our Tae Kwon Do champ were talking strategy and who among the other houseguests is more a threat. Both are thinking ways to use Power of Veto wisely. I guess, Braden isn’t really safe.Jordan is playing dumb about the plans to use POV and save her. While talking to Braden, she’s denying any knowledge of Braden as replacement to nominee Lydia.

Braden, Casey and Jeff were counting votes to see if Braden can be saved from eviction. There will be a total of ten votes this week and they need 6 votes to save Braden from getting kicked off the house.

On another side of the Big Brother house, Chima and Ronnie talk strategy. Chima and Ronnie want Lydia out over Braden, that’s too late Brainiacs since Russell used his POV to save Lydia from getting evicted.

First POV

The First POV (Power of Veto) winner is Russell, the lovemuscle. We all know that POV winner is protected from eviction and can choose a housemate to save from eviction. Russell used his POV to save Lydia from eviction. In Lydia’s place, Jessie, the HOH, chose Braden.

This coming Thursday, it might be Braden who’ll be the first to be kicked off from the Big Brother house. As we all know, anything can happen inside the Big Brother house. Either Chima or Braden will be unlucky to be sent home in just a couple of days.

Who will be sent home our freelance journalist or international model/surfer. Things are really getting exciting.

On Laura Part2

Amongst the previous Big Brother 2009 housemates, Laura likes how Danielle and Dick play. Also, she really likes Dan of Big Brother 10 and Janelle.

Laura is not scared and said she’s ready to kick ass and take names. She admits that the hardest part of Big Brother 11 is being sequestered not knowing what’s going on. But she is going to divert her attention and stay focused in the house. She knows why she’s in the house and she’s ready to do it.

When asked about her boyfriend, she said he is so supportive. According to Laura, her boyfriend knows how much she loves the show and knows she’s going to be good at it. Her boyfriend is aware that she is not looking for 15 minutes of fame. Her boyfriend is so understanding. If in case Laura needs to flirt with some guys, she’s going to do it and her boyfriend knows it’s only in the surface. Laura said that she will tell all the houseguests that she has a special someone.

When asked about her dislikes, Laura really gets bothered by smoking. She’s also going to have issues with girls who just see her by her appearance. Messiness kind of bothers her as well but the houseguests won’t know about it. She dislikes rude people and people who cry all the time.

She knows that she’ll probably breakdown but she won’t let others see her cry unless it would be to her advantage then it will be okay to be seen crying. Diane Henry advised her to make alliances and play the middleman, play everybody.

Laura is not worried of anything and said that there are no skeletons in her closet except for her sexy photos but since everybody has seen them via the internet then she really has no worries. She loves to be in a bikini not to show off or anything. She’s just more comfortable with less clothes.

One of Laura’s main strategies is to get the best players out of the house first. She’s ready for strong female competitors. In her opinion, the ladies of past seasons just kind of faded into the dust. She proudly said that she’s ready to take those guys down. It’s time for the girl to get the money, she said. She’ll do everything to win. If she has to play stupid, she will. She knows Tae Kwon Do and she really can do this game. She’ll be in the house for one reason and that’s to win. She won’t be in the house to make a “showmance”, not even there to make friends. She doesn’t care if she hurts feelings and break hearts.

If she ends up to be the big winner for BB11, she’ll be going back to Atlanta, and she’s going to live her life. She plans to pay off any debt that she has and wants to go back to school. She also plans to put the winnings to good cause.

Interview on the HGs

On Laura:

Laura comes from Atlanta, GA. She is just 21 years old. She already has a boyfriend. She admits that she’s there to get the money. She said she’s leaving her emotions and heart at the door and said that her strategy depends on the type of casts that this season has.

Originally, Laura was searching through the internet and found BB ad on craigslist. She made sure that it was legit. When she was able to confirm its legitimacy, she sent out photos and was asked for a camera interview. She’s wanted to send in a tape or give the show try even before. Either she’ll shy away or thinking that she doesn’t have a chance.

She’s a huge BB fan. She followed the reality show religiously since season 3. Big Brother season 8 has been her favorite because that season really got America involved. There were a lot of competitors at that time. According to her, Evil Dick should have been sent home earlier.

Her game plan depends on the type of HGs there are. She’s going to use her looks to her advantage when it comes to the guys. She proudly that she can outplay any of the girls because of the fact that she can leave her emotions at the door and not let her emotions and heart get involved in the game.

Laura is really social but she’s the guys’ girl. She fits in and gets along better with men; maybe because she’s really active, sporty and sassy. Typically, guys like her better but she does have a lot of close girl friends. Some girls just don’t give her a chance because she’s being judged by her appearance.

When asked about playing one of the previous BB casts, she thinks it’s stupid to mimic anybody’s character. Surely, she’ll get a lot of ideas from other players in BB history; going to look to for ideas and strategies.

Houseguests have entered the house

The Big Brother houseguests have already entered the Big Brother house, wow! The premiere is drawing near and near. The competition is here. Russell, Laura, Ronnie and Kevin went in first. Who are you rooting for? Don’t worry we can all participate in this upcoming season as it is said to be more interactive that the previous seasons- one thing I’m truly looking forward to.

As we all know that there are 4 cliques in which each houseguest is a part of. Don’t wait for Thursday, want to know the cliques where each HG belong to?

As for the Brainiacs, members are Ronnie, the videogamer, our neuroscientist Michele and freelance journalist Chima. As I have guessed, Ronnie and Michele are part of the Brainiacs however; I didn’t think Chima would belong to this group. The athletes in the group are obvious namely: Russell the lovemuscle, our Tae Kwon Do champ Natalie and Jeff. The populars clique include bikini model Laura, small town girl Jordan and model, Braden. And finally, the off-beats clique includes our tattooed Lydia, Kevin the graphic designer and Casey, “the daddy”.

Yes, the mystery houseguest is partly true because it’s really houseguestssss. There are four mystery houseguests, one for each clique. It figures, the total number of houseguests including mystery HGs should be an even number so that they will be fairly distributed. Up to this point, the 12 houseguests still don’t know who the additional houseguests will be.

Things are really getting very interesting!

Ross tours the house

We have learned that we no longer have the BB official web show, Housecalls. Upon learning this, Ross Matthews of Inside Dish called Big Brother then Inside Dish has become the official web show for Big Brother 11. Every time a houseguests gets evicted, he’ll or she’ll go straight to Inside Dish to get interviewed. Also, we could get to email houseguests or sometimes even talk to them through phone.

Ross was really excited while touring the Big Brother house because it has been his favorite reality show. He has been watching BB since season 1, 3 times a week and proudly stated that he only missed 4 or 5 episodes.

What’s good about the house is that everything changes according to Ross. The main layout of the house is consistent. Mr. Matthews got to tour the house with Executive Producer Allison Grodner. Allison said that the house’s technology is so unique. There are more than 54 cameras and 80 plus microphones scattered all throughout the house. Allison said that it will be very hard to redo the wirings which were done carefully.

The theme of the first room can be likened to an LA club. Ross made a comment that the beds are really small then tried out one of the beds and found it to be comfortable. According to Allison, the beds are small because so many people need to fit the room. Then both of them went to the swimming pool room. The bed covers that look like rafts are comforters in reality.

Not much of a Pacific Rim look for the dining room and kitchen but more of a sushi bar in Cali. Next they went to a room with cans, bottles, cardboards and display wood. Also, instead of the traditional cardio machines, there are “spinning bikes”.

It appears there’s just one bath which 12 individuals will need to share.

As for the HOH room, Allison said that this year’s HOH room is the classiest HOH room ever. The houseguests compete with each other to be the Head of Household for the week to enjoy perks such as personal room and bath, a letter from home and basket of favorite foods.

Lastly, they also toured the backyard which showcased the Jacuzzi and billiard table

BB House Toured

Julie Chen toured the new Big Brother house. The house is all about being green. The main wall in the living room needs zero water because it’s plastic.

The new Big Brother house is all about California-living and eco-friendly. They have decided to pay respect to the Pacific rim. Buddhas, Pagoda are hanging out.  The house has a modern setting yet Asian theme.

One bedroom is very elegant. It looks very comfortable. It is a VIP room.

Next bedroom is the swimming pool room. It really looks like pool with no water. The bed spreads are plastic. Who would want to sleep in those beds?

A third bedroom was shown.  It is disastrous. The houseguests are going to compete to stay out of this bedroom.

The HOH (Head of Household) room this year appears to be the most luxurious HOH room in Big Brother history. Behind the headboard is actually a waterfall. The ambience is as if you live by the sea.

One room screams “recycle”. The wall is full off used beer cans, recycled bottles and bubble wrap. It also includes 2 stationery bikes. The bikes have dual purpose.  First, for exercise and as you go faster, the light bulb gets brighter.

As for the bathroom, the shower on the right side is another thing the houseguests should worry about. They need to stay away from it. If in case they lose a food challenge, they will use that shower. Also, the right shower has no hot water.

Moving onto the backyard, there are lanterns that are solar powered. During the night, these lanterns do not need electricity but will run on the stored power from the sun during the day.  The hammock as always will be a place where houseguests would have private conversations.  There’s also a little gym for the houseguests to maintain fit during their stay. And lounge chairs and pool table for recreation, of course.

More on Big Brother House….

As previously rumored, the living room does not have a jelly fish tank. It was not visible during the Media Day held last June 19 and also, none of the pictures released included the tank.  The urinals were also not there. There is a swimming pool room that has rafts on the bed is really pleasant to look at.

In reality, the Big Brother house is large, contrary to what we see on television. The entire season 11 house has a very modern look with an Asian motif. The house has an environmental theme” is evident because of the presence of compost machines, recycling bin, an Aero-garden, fresh herbs growing in the window sill and the mural of windmills featured in the backyard.

The Head of the Household room is awesome; if you were a houseguest, having a room like that would really make you fight for the HOH title. The HOH room appears that you are in a mansion by the beach.

Big Brother House uncovered!

According to Allison Grodner, Big Brother’s executive producer, the house is really gorgeous and that they’re going green, Eco-friendly. The house has taken a very creative turn this season.
